Morecambe Bay



Situated on the north-west coast of England Morecambe began to rise as a holiday resort in Victorian times. Noted for its sands that are home to many wading birds Morecambe has a long curved promenade for that gentle stroll where you can admire the views across the bay to the Lakeland hills.

  • Full day to the dramatic Lake District landscape travelling via Coniston Water to the lovely village of Hawkshead, then on to Ambleside and famous Lake Windermere with an opportunity to take a cruise.
