Eastbourne

The elegant seaside resort of Eastbourne has always been one of the most popular year round holiday destinations with its wonderful mild climate. Enjoy relaxing walks along the lovely wide promenade with its delightful Carpet Gardens, Napoleonic Towers, the magnificent Victorian Pier and the famous Bandstand. Eastbourne also has an excellent shopping centre to explore.

  • Full day to the resort of Brighton where the Royal Pavilion with its Indian domes is a major landmark. Stroll along the beachfront and explore the quaint old town with its ‘Lanes’ shopping area, the Victorian Palace Pier, the lovely parks and gardens, or perhaps take a ride on England’s oldest electric railway to see the marina.
  • Full day excursion visiting the lovely Cinque port of Rye, a fortified hilltop town that was once surrounded by the sea. On then to see picturesque Tenterden in Darling Buds of May Country.

  • A full day visiting Battle, internationally known as 1066 Country, then on past Pevensey Castle to the resort of Hastings.
