Discover the unspoilt beauty of this delightful region of Northern Ireland, a land of magnificent scenery, fine food and a unique charm, steeped in history, tradition and folklore. Take a drive along the stunning Antrim Coast Road, enjoy visits to the famous Giants Causeway and Bushmills Distillery, plus the revitalised city of Belfast, now one of Europe’s most popular city destinations.

ITINERARY
  • Day One: Early departure to Holyhead for the HSS fast ferry to Ireland. Continue north through Dublin and on via Dundalk to the scenic Antrim coast and our hotel overlooking picturesque Ballygally Bay where we stay for three nights.
  • Day Two: Today we take a drive along the stunning Antrim Coast via Cushendall and Ballycastle to Bushmills where we visit Ireland’s oldest whiskey distillery. On then to see the famous Giants Causeway with its unique hexagonal rock formations, marvelled at by countless visitors for centuries.
  • Day Three: A visit to the vibrant, revitalised city of Belfast. Enjoy a guided tour of all the city sights and landmarks including the political wall murals on the Shankill and Falls Road, plus the magnificent Stormont Estate and Parliament Buildings.
  • Day Four: We check out and head south to Dublin where there will be some free time before our return HSS sailing to Holyhead and home.

An enchanting hotel full of character and charm, recently awarded its prestigious 4 star status following an extensive refurbishment programme. The castle’s many original features and antique furnishings give the hotel a unique atmosphere along with its welcoming log fires. The hotel is reputedly haunted by a friendly ghost and brave guests can visit the 'ghost room' in one of the towers to see for themselves!
