- Full day excursion travelling via Ambleside and Rydal Water to the attractive village of Grasmere, famous as the home of William Wordsworth. Our journey continues to the lovely Victorian town of Keswick, situated on the shores of Derwent Water and surrounded by magnificent scenery. We return via enchanting Lake Ullswater and the Kirkstone Pass.
- A delightful short day excursion travelling along the southern shores of Lake Windermere to Newby Bridge. From here we continue via Coniston Water to the pretty village of Coniston, then to Hawkshead with its patchwork of cottages and cobbles set against a backdrop of woods and fells.

- A visit to Kendal with its museum and castle ruins, quaint old cobbled streets and antique shops, the K Village shopping outlet and the famous ‘Kendal Mintcake’. Continue to the lovely Edwardian resort of Grange Over Sands, overlooking Morecambe Bay.
