ITINERARY
- Day One: We travel via the motorway network to Northumbria and the luxurious Slaley Hall Hotel, situated near Hexham.
- Day Two: A full day excursion to the city of Newcastle, maybe take a sightseeing tour, a cruise on the Tyne or visit the Gateshead Quays development. Optional visit to the Metro Shopping Centre.
- Day Three: A full day excursion to the historic City of Durham with its numerous attractions including the Castle, Cathedral and Heritage Centre. Optional visit to Beamish, a superb living museum depicting life in the early 1900’s. (Admission fee payable)
- Day Four: Following a leisurely breakfast we check out of the Slaley Hall Hotel and begin our return journey, arriving back in North Wales during the afternoon.
