Full day travelling via Wordsworth’s Grasmere and Thirlmere Lake to the lovely Victorian town of Keswick, surrounded by magnificent scenery on the shores of Derwent Water. We return via Ullswater and the spectacular Kirkstone Pass.
Full day via Coniston Water to the lovely village of Hawkshead with its delightful cottages and cobbles, then on to famous Lake Windermere with an opportunity to view the charming landscape on an optional boat trip.
Half day visit to Kendal with its museum and castle ruins, quaint old cobbled streets and antique shops, the K Village shopping outlet and the famous ‘Kendal Mintcake’.
