ITINERARY

• Day One: Our outward journey takes us to Ashbourne where we have some free time for lunch, then continue on to Thoresby Hall at Newark to commence our 4 night stay.
• Day Two: Enjoy a day at leisure in Thoresby Hall or join us for an optional excursion to Chatsworth House especially decorated for Christmas. Chatsworth is transformed at Christmas time, dressed for the festive season with lights and decorations. The glimmer of candles, the smell and colours of the decorated trees, plus the sound of music playing all combine to make a unique Christmas experience (£16.00 per person including admission to Chatsworth)
• Day Three: A full day visit to the City of Lincoln, dominated by its magnificent Cathedral.
• Day Four: An optional full day excursion visiting the city of Nottingham. (6.00 per person)
• Day Five: Following a leisurely breakfast we depart Thoresby Hall and travel via Matlock and Bakewell to Buxton with some free time to look around the town and have some lunch. We depart again at 14.00 and continue our journey home to North Wales
