- A full day with visits to the picturesque coastal town of Arbroath with its famous abbey, plus the Royal Burgh of Montrose, the town that boasts the widest high street in Scotland and is located at the mouth of a spectacular tidal lagoon. On then to the ancient market town of Brechin with its cathedral and classic 11th century Round Tower.
- Another full day takes us across the Tay Bridge to the delightful resort and university town of St Andrews with its famous golf course, then along through picturesque villages on the Fife Coast to Kirkcaldy. Known as the 'Lang Toun', Kirkcaldy is the largest town in Fife stretching in a wide sweeping arc along the north of the Firth of Forth.
