In 1972 over 1.8 million people went to see Tutankhamun’s treasures when the exhibition visited London, it was the most successful exhibition in the capital's history. Now after more than 30 years, this stunning and mysterious exhibit is returning to the UK for a limited period and will be on show in “The 02 Bubble”, a superb new exhibition space at the O2 Arena. Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs is a spellbinding exhibition featuring over 130 Ancient Egyptian treasures. The dazzling objects on display come from Tutankhamun's tomb, other Valley of the Kings burials and additional Egyptian sites.

ITINERARY

• Day One: Depart North Wales early morning and join the motorway system for our journey to London, arriving early afternoon for check in to the hotel. In the late afternoon we make our way to the 02 Arena to see the Tutankhamun exhibition which uses inventive design and innovative technology to immerse you in the world of Ancient Egypt. See and hear about the fascinating times in which the young king lived and learn how his short reign changed history. You'll see more than 70 objects from royal tombs dating to the 18th Dynasty. Following the visit to the exhibition the coach will transfer you back to the hotel.
• Day Two: Some further free time for shopping or sightseeing until our departure from the hotel at 15:00hrs, arriving back in North Wales during the evening.
