The elegant resort of Southport, renowned for its tree-lined boulevards floral displays and pavement cafes. Charming Lord Street, with its glass-canopied shops and the Wayfarer’s Arcade, is home to a superb range of specialist shops, high street names and department stores.
From the seashore to the lake shore, we also visit the Lake District National Park where we explore this most beautiful part of England.

• Day One: We depart from our local area and head for Southport where the afternoon is free for you to explore this popular resort. You might like to do some shopping on Lord St. or just take a relaxing stroll along the promenade. We leave Southport and travel to the outskirts of Preston and to our hotel the Preston Marriott, for check in. This evening enjoy an included dinner at the hotel.
• Day Two: After a leisurely breakfast we depart the hotel and head north into the Lake District National Park, travelling via Kendal, often seen as the Southern Gateway to the Lakes. We head towards Bowness on Windermere, centred on a compact shopping area with art galleries and cafes alongside traditional shops (Optional cruise available). We travel alongside Lake Windermere as we make our way back home to North Wales arriving early evening.
