Liverpool is diverse, energetic and exciting with something for everyone. 2008 sees Liverpool crowned Capital of Culture! The City has a jam-packed schedule of events and activities to inspire all. You will find almost every form of retail therapy in Liverpool. The City Centre boasts some of the largest big-name High Street stores in the country. If shopping is not to your taste then why not spend the weekend visiting some of the city’s museum’s, maybe explore the waterfront or a visit to one of the famous city cathedrals.

• Day One: Depart North Wales and join the motorway system for our journey to Liverpool, arriving during the morning. The remainder of the day is then free to commence some shopping or sightseeing and to enjoy this vibrant city. We depart late afternoon and travel to our hotel at Warrington where dinner is included.
• Day Two: After a leisurely breakfast we return to Liverpool allowing more time to explore the city. You could visit the Albert Dock, one of the many museum’s or maybe a cruise on the Mersey. We continue home to North Wales late afternoon.
